Chef Edwin's Soups have always been safe.
USDA inspectors are at our plant every day that we process our Vegetable Beef or Turkey Wild Rice soups. From the day we started, ODA has inspected us on a regular basis. Inspectors from both these agencies have always been thorough, helpful and available to us. FDA has only inspected us twice in our years of operation. The first time was for three hours; the last time they inspected us in 2017 was mainly for paperwork, and was for six days with a follow up of three days.
Other than minor infractions, we have never had an on site USDA, ODA or FDA inspector write us up for cleanliness in our plant that could have an impact on the quality and safety of our soups.
