Smoked Salmon Chowder
For Chef Edwin's Smoked Salmon Chowder, we buy and freeze salmon from our own local Columbia River gillnetters. To help capture the higher Omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins and other health benefits found in these fish, we cold smoke them before canning them in glass pints. We add red potatoes, carrots, shallots, tarragon and Chardonnay among other savory flavors to make this superb chowder one of a kind!
To enjoy Chef Edwin's Smoked Salmon Chowder, just add 1/2 jar of milk or Half & Half, heat, and serve!
We only ship soups in sets of three (3) or six (6). Three soups of your choice will ship for a flat rate of $14.45, and six soups of your choice will ship for a flat rate of $19.85. These are standard rates regardless of your location within the United States.
